How to make a reservation

How to make a reservation for the BIRRI SUL MARE holiday homes:

1. For a reservation request to be confirmed by BIRRI SUL MARE, after verification of availability of the requested home for the chosen dates, the Customer must fill up the “Reservation confirmation” contract received by BIRRI SUL MARE thoroughly, in all its parts, with the following data:

· Name and Family name of customer and names of all people expected to be staying with him/her.

· Home address, phone and portable phone numbers.

· Type and number of ID (passport, identity card).

· Exact number of adults and number and age of children who will be staying in the house.

· Time of expected arrival at Catania or other Sicilian airport or previous place of residency in Sicily (if already on the island).

2. Send, within the required date, 30% advance of the rental fee agreed upon in the RESERVATION CONFIRMATION via swift bank transfer.

3. Finally, the Customer sends BIRRI SUL MARE the RESERVATION CONFIRMATION, dated and signed in legible manner, in pdf format, together with the copy of the effected payment as at point 2.

4. Balance of payment and a security deposit will have to be effected within the terms and in the way described in the RESERVATION CONFIRMATION.

5. At least one week prior to arrival, BIRRI SUL MARE will send the customer an e-mail with a clear and detailed description of the road to reach the house and a series of useful information on the area of your vacations. In the email we will also remind you to organize for photocopies of the ID’s for each participant in your group as mentioned in the Contract/Reservation confirmation, which will be taken at check-in for guest registration as required by law.
